Avvocato, siede nel Boards of Directors di Ip Justice. E' Fondatore del portale giuridico "Net Jus", giornalista pubblicista, Chairman della "Italian Cyberspace Law Conference", Fondatore e Direttore della rivista scientifica internazionale "Ciberspazio e Diritto".

Giovanni Ziccardi is Professor of Legal Informatics at the School of Law, University of Milan. A lawyer, he is Founder and Chairman of the Italian Cyberspace Law Conference. He is in the Board of Directors of Ip Justice and Editor-in-Chief of the International Scientific Review "Cyberspace and Law". Admitted to practice before the Italian courts, is a graduate of Modena University and holds a Ph.d in Legal Informatics from University of Bologna.
